In a bygone era, women lived with a purposeful grace, tending to their homes and families with the gentle diligence of threaded beadwork and woven baskets. Women sat in circles, supported one another and even raised children together. Their very presence commanded respect, and men looked up to them for counsel and guidance before they marched off to war. They sang and danced as they worked, spinning tales for their children while they stirred pots over the fire. It was a time when a mother's cooking truly was the best and women were the natural leaders of their communities. 

But in our modern age, the pressures of modern leadership often leave even the most capable women questioning their own self-worth. As a successful electrical engineer in a male-dominated industry, Kageni knows firsthand the stresses that women face in the modern workplace. Running a business, managing an organization, raising children – it can all seem overwhelming, leaving little time for self-care and even less for building deep human connections and relationships. 

After years of chasing ‘success’ in the corporate world, Kageni found herself feeling burnt out and disconnected from her own sense of self-worth and purpose. So, she returned to her roots, spending 40 days and 40 nights with the Maasai Tribe in her native Kenya to become immersed in the ageless wisdom of the Ancestors lived by her grandmother passed down through countless generations. One thing Kageni learned; that was clear, was that most of us live in our minds not in our hearts. 

What she discovered was a way of life that emphasized more on community, deliberate action and mindful living. A way of life that she knew could be shared with women and men all over the world about our common humanity and shared values - UBUNTU. 

As a global speaker and author of the book "Magnificent Woman," Kageni has inspired countless women to reclaim their power and embrace this innate wisdom. And with her proven system for “Soul Wellness”, she is helping women everywhere to live with the same purposeful grace. 

Now, as the founder of the School of MAGNIFICENCE and a trained Soul Coach, Kageni is on a mission to help women rediscover their own sense of purpose and connection through the practice of soul activation. Kageni’s Soul Activation audios on her MAGNIFICENT Woman Podcast and School of Magnificence YouTube channel offer weekly mindful reminders to slow down, breathe, and consciously invest our energy in the things that truly matter. Her custom 1:1 coaching program, The Magnificent Woman Transformation, provides a step-by-step blueprint for women leaders who want to prioritize their own Soul Wellness and lead with grace and purpose.
